| 摘 要： | 政治文明是社会文明的有机组成部分 ,是人类政治智慧的结晶和政治发展程度的标志。政治文明的建设关系到整个中华民族的伟大复兴。社会主义政治文明的本质要求是扩大社会主义民主 ,健全社会主义法制 ,建设社会主义法治国家。人大制度是我国根本的政治制度 ,具有极大的优越性。同时也存在不少弊端 ,影响社会主义民主的扩大、社会主义法制的健全和社会主义法治国家的建设 ,最终阻碍社会主义政治文明建设的进程。为此 ,必须采取相应措施 ,完善人大制度 ,建设社会主义政治文明

| Abstract: | Political civilization is an essential part of social civilizations,and crystallization of mankind political wisdom and mark of political development The construction of political civilization concerns revival of China nationality The essential requests of socialistic political civilization are to enlarge socialist democracy,to perfect socialistic legal system,and to build socialistic legal country The system of people,s congress which possesses superiorities and defects is basic political one of China. It influences socialistic democracys enlargement and socialistic legal systems perfection and socialistic legal countrys building, as well as impedes the process of socialistic political civilization Therefore,measures must be taken is to improve the system of peoples congress |
