| 摘 要： | 随着高校招生规模的不断扩大。如何通过提高教学质量，防止教学质量滑坡，成功突破高校发展过程中教学质量管理的瓶颈，成为高等教育亟待解决的问题。在高校发展过程中建立教学质量管理多维动态系统，使教学质量管理的人力资源管理要素、物力资源管理要素、教学活动管理要素有机地融为一体，不失为解决这一问题的有效途径。

| Abstract: | With the expansion of university enrollment in China, it has become an urgent problem to improve teaching quality, prevent possible decline of teaching quality and successfully break the bottleneck of teaching quality control in the development of higher education. In the process of their development, universities should establish a dynamic multi-dimensional system, integrating factors of teaching quality control, such as human resources management, material resources management and the management of teaching activities. |
