| 摘 要： | 青年教师作为高职院校教学工作的主要承担者，其教学能力影响着高职院校的教学质量和效果。为了提高教学质量和人才培养质量，必须加强对青年教师教学能力的培养。文章从提升高职院校青年教师教学能力的必要性；青年教师应具备的教学能力出发，提出了提升青年教师教学能力的一些主要途径与措施。
