| 摘 要： | 城市社区体育建设是社区文化和社区服务的重要组成部分。发展城市社区体育既是体育事业的需要，也是社区建设和社区管理的需要。10多年来，我国城市社区体育建设已积累了一定的经验，为推动城市社区体育建设的健康发展，有必要对城市社区体育建设的现状问题进行理性的审视，进一步适应社会转型与城市社区体育建设的体制改革创新。 |

| Abstract: | Community sports construction is an important component part of community culture and community service. We develop community sports in the interest of not only sports itself but community management and construction as well. Much experience has been accumulated in the construction of Chinese community sports for more than ten years, but it is still necessary for us to give more rational survey on it and to promote its more rapid and health development, so that China's community sports can adapt to social transformation and system reforms. |
