| 摘 要： | 理性地分析区域经济的差距，可为促进下一阶段临沂经济又好又快发展提供必要的理论支持。改革开放三十年来，临沂经济社会发展取得了举世瞩目的成就，但区域发展的差异性依旧比较突出，应以科学发展观为指导，优化经济社会环境，立足自己已有的优势，找准不足，抓住各种发展的契机，全力提升经济质量，走出自己富有特色的发展之路。
