| 摘 要： | 当前，要推进高校辅导员工作的理念创新，必须认真把握高校辅导员工作理念创新的主要内涵和实质，始终坚持高校辅导员工作理念创新的基本原则，正确应用高校辅导员工作理念创新的基本方法。具体来讲，就是要敢于解放思想，开拓性进取；要勤于总结提升，创新性发展；要善于吸收借鉴，创造性转化。

| Abstract: | To promote the concept of innovation of college counselor, we must understand the main connotation and essence of the concept of innovation of college counselor, always adhere to the basic principles and apply the basic approaches of the concept of innovation. That is, to emancipate the mind, forge ahead, summarize and upgrade, develop innovatively, and absorb good ways and apply them creatively. |
