英语词类转换的认知机制研究

摘    要:作为新词产生的重要方式之一,词类转换体现了人类的思维模式和认知方式。认知语言学的概念转喻理论可用于分析英语转类构词的认知机制。各种词类转换的基础是它们共处于一个认知框中,是基于邻近性而产生转类,转类后产生了概念突显和激活。转类的认知研究有助于从认知角度揭示词类转换的发生机制,为解释语言结构与人们认知事物方式的特点间的关系提供新的视角。

Abstract:As an important way of creating new words,conversion reflects the cognitive modes and thinking patterns of human beings.This thesis attempts to analyze the cognitive mechanisms of conversion in English with conceptual metonymy theory.This paper claims that it is the underlying cognitive frame that makes conversion possible,conversion is based on the contiguity of the elements in the frame.This paper also explores the cognitive effects of conversion.This study helps us reveal the cognitive mechanisms of conv...
