| 摘 要： | 法律文化是衡量一个国家先进与落后的重要标尺。社会主义先进法律文化是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分,具有社会主义的制度特征。当代中国法律文化存在的滞后性表现在法律文化的各个方面;只有采取切实有效的举措,才能全面推动我国法律文化的发展,建构社会主义先进法律文化。

| Abstract: | Legal culture is an important ruler to measure how advanced a country is.The advanced socialist legal culture is an important part of the advanced socialist culture and has the socialist system characteristics.The lagging of contemporary Chinese legal culture exists in all aspects of legal culture.Only by adopting effective measures can we promote the overall development of our country’s legal cultureand construct advanced socialist legal culture. |
