| 摘 要： | 高校科研回归本真是维系可持续科研梯队、建立科学的联合研究团队、确保我国整体发展水平的必然选择。通过重塑高校科研人员的科学精神、明确高校科研价值追求等实现科研方向回归本真，通过建立合理的新型职称评聘、导师评价、科研奖励等体系和相应的监督管理机制等实现科研考核回归本真，通过倡导学术自由、扶持“青椒”成长、促进成果转化等实现科研活动回归本真。

| Abstract: | Scientific research returning to nature in general colleges is a necessity of constructing a sustainable research echelon, establishing a cooperative research team, and promoting the overall development level. The development direction of research will return to nature by recalibrating researchers＇ scientific spirits in general colleges and defining the value pursuit of scientific research in general colleges. Research standards will return to nature by constructing new systems of professional title evalua- tion, academic instructor evaluation, research awards and related supervisory system. Research activities will return to nature by advocating academic freedom,encouraging the growth of young teachers and promoting the commercialization of research find- ings. |
