基于认知信息加工理论的教师职业成熟阶段探讨

摘    要:将多种理论、多门学科融入到教师职业成熟的研究中来是未来该领域研究的发展趋势,教师职业成熟阶段的研究也因不同理论的介入而呈现出不同阶段的景象。以认知信息加工理论为骨架来建构教师职业成熟阶段,将教师职业成熟阶段分为职业储备期、职业整合期、职业创生期,并揭示各阶段在其对应的知识领域、决策技能领域、执行加工领域中的特征表现,为丰富和拓展教师职业成熟阶段理论作有益的尝试。

Research of Teacher Professional Mature Stage Based on Cognitive Information Processing Theory

Abstract:Blend in a variety of theory, the multi--discipline to the study of teachers" professional maturity to the development trend of future research in this field, of the study teachers" professional maturity stage also presents different due to different theory of intervention phase. Skeleton based on cognitive information processing theory to construct the teachers" professional maturity stage,the teachers" professional maturity stage can be divided into professional reserve period, professional stage inte- gration,lob creation, and reveal the stages in the field of the corresponding knowledge, decision--making skills, perform process- ing characteristics in the field of performance,to enrich and develop teachers" professional maturity stage theory as a beneficial attempt.
