| 摘 要： | 当前房地产市场竞争日益激烈，国际金融市场动荡，国家对房地产市场宏观调控效果日益显现。金华市房地产市场未来几年中每年需求量在三百三十四万平方米左右，中小型房地产企业应走避势开发、个性开发、联合开发、借势开发的道路。

| Abstract: | Currently, the real estate market is increasingly competitive, the international financial market is turbulent, while the State macro-control effects on the real estate market become patency. The real estate market demand in Jinhua City in the next few years will be about 3.34 million square meters, thus, small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in Jinhua should adopt approaches like development of avoiding influence, personal development, joint development and the development of availing influence. |
