摘    要:集体审议是教师参与课程目标决策的有效途径。通过对教师参与课程目标集体审议的必要性进行分析,并进一步从课程目标的科学性、教师课程权力的实现以及教师的专业发展三方面探讨教师参与课程目标决策的价值。

Abstract:Collective deliberation is an effective way for teachers to participate in the course of setting the curriculum goals.This paper attempts to analyses the necessity of teachers’ participation in the curriculum goals of collective deliberation,and discusses the value of teachers’ participation from these respects of the science of curriculum goals,the realization of teacher’s curriculum power and teacher’s professional development.
