| 摘 要： | 由于买卖双方信息的不对称,再加上网络交易的虚拟性,使得电子商务市场的逆向选择现象有恶化的趋势。同时,随着网络社区的巨大发展,电子商务和网络社区的融合成为了电子商务市场发展的方向之一。所以有必要探析这种融合对于电子商务市场逆向选择现象的影响。通过构建简单的网络逆向选择模型,从电子商务社区化后相关变化因素入手,从理论化的角度给出电子商务社区化对网络逆向选择的影响程度,并进一步讨论其后果。

| Abstract: | Because of the asymmetric information between buyers and sellers,coupled with the virtual nature of online transactions,adverse selection phenomenon is deteriorating in E-commerce market,meanwhile,with the development of the online community,the integration between E-commerce and online community has been the main direction of the E-commerce market.It is necessary to study the influence of the integration on network adverse selection.Through building a simple network model of adverse selection,this paper points out the impact of social E-commerce on network adverse selection from the factors related to changes in social E-commerce,and further discusses its consequences. |
