| 摘 要： | 基于政府、企业与大学之间三重螺旋关系成为区域自主创新实践的重要理论依据。高校图书馆作为服务社会的知识池,以合芜蚌自主创新综试区为研究对象,在分析高校图书馆服务社会过程中存在三大困境的基础上,指出高校图书馆服务自主创新实践的突破口：个性化的服务内容、有特色的专业数据库、共享性的信息平台、先进性的技术保障。

| Abstract: | Triple Helix theory,which relates to government-industry-university,is the foundation of pushing the regional independent innovation.Taking Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu comprehensive reform trial zone as an example,and university library as a "knowledge poor",the paper analyses three difficulties in supporting local service,and also points out the following roads to breakthrough including individuality in service content,special database,information sharing platform and advanced technology insurance. |
