| 摘 要： | 结合近年来实施的＂国培计划＂项目的实践,从培训机构的角度,抓住培训工作过程中影响培训有效性的几个关键词：培训目标、培训实施、培训管理,围绕培训目标确定、培训内容选取、培训方式选择、培训师资遴选、培训组织管理几个方面,探讨在＂国培计划＂项目的有效性方面开展的一系列有益的实践和探索。
