| 摘 要： | 留学生招录的低标准化,政府、高校相关政策制度的欠完善,优质教育资源的分布不均,让“国际高考移民”应运而生。“高考移民”国际化的实质是教育公平问题。加强政府政策管理、跟进高校审核制度、完善招生考试办法、合理分配教育资源,以维护教育公平,构建和谐社会。

| Abstract: | The Phenomenon of the internationalization of the moving examinees in the national entrance examination appears because of the lower criteria to foreign students,the unfair distribution of nice education resources,the immature systems of the government and HEIs.Its basic shows educational equity.It is obvious that our government should strengthen the management,control the enrollment system,make the independent means of enrolling better and share the educational resources reasonably.Such measures could help us maintain educational equity and build a society harmoniously. |
