摘    要:对我国大学生健康认知能力及培养状况进行研究,认为大学生对自己的健康认知主要体现在体质健康方面,在心理、社会适应和道德方面的健康状况并未引起足够重视;健康认知能力的发展应符合他们的生活实际及未来发展的需要,亟待进一步提升.高校体育教师应顺应时代要求,不断完善教学思路,积极调节自身功能定位,重视学生健康认知综合能力培养,深度推进面向未来的高校体育教学改革.

Cultivation of Health Recognition Ability of University Students and Function Orientation of University P.E.Teachers

Abstract:The paper researches the current cultivation of health recognition ability of the university students in China. The health recognition of the university students is mainly in the aspect of physical health whereas they lack due attention to their psychological health, social adaptive health and moral health. The health recognition ability of the university students should accord with their actual life and future development and needs enhancement. The university P. E. teachers should improve the teaching concepts,adjust their function orientation, pay more attention to the cultivation of health recognition ability of the university students and further promote the reform of the university sports teaching in the future.
