论法学本科教学中学生法律思维的培养

摘    要:法律思维是运用法律逻辑来观察、分析和解决社会问题的一种思维方式,法律思维的培养需要较长的时间,法学本科教学中应当注重对学生法律思维的培养。我国现行本科教学模式在学生法律思维培养方面相对欠缺,通过对我国法学本科教学的缺陷进行探讨,提出通过增设实践课程、引入案例教学法等加强教学过程中对学生法律思维的培养,以提高学生应用知识解决实际问题的能力。

On the Training of Students'Legal Thinking in the Undergraduate Teaching

Abstract:The legal thinking is a way of using legal logic to observe, analyze and solve social problems. The training of legal thinking takes time and we should pay attention to the training of students' legal thinking in the undergraduate teaching. The current mode of undergraduate teaching in China is short of the legal thinking's training, Through the study of the undergraduate teaehing's drawbacks, the author holds that we should increase practice course and introduce case system to strengthen the training of students' legal thinking and improve the students' ability to solve practical problems.
