| 摘 要： | 中华人民共和国成立60周年来，中国共产党与民主党派已经形成了领导与被领导、执政与参政、互相监督的基本政党关系。在新形势下，以科学发展观为指导，更加全面地认识和把握中国共产党和民主党派之间目标的一致性、制度的统一性、地位的平等性、利益的趋同性、合作的主动性、职能的多样性和特点的鲜明性等联系与区别，对于增进团结、凝聚力量、加强合作、推动统一战线协调发展、促进社会和谐具有不可替代的作用。
