| 摘 要： | 研究中小企业成长特征以及影响因素,选取12个能够客观评价中小企业成长性的指标,构建了中小企业成长性评价指标层次结构,通过层次分析法对中小企业成长性评价指标进行权重确定和一致性检验,利用河南省部分中小企业上市公司财务数据进行实证研究,并对评价结果进行进一步分析比较。
