| 摘 要： | 由于企业自身特点及金融市场发展滞后，长期以来科技型中小企业融资十分困难，致使其发展受到严重制约。创业板的推出大大拓宽了科技型中小企业的融资渠道，将在一定程度上解决长期困扰企业发展的融资问题。科技型中小企业应抓住机遇，在公司改制、信用建设、企业核心优势等方面加大改革力度，使企业早日合格地进入创业板市场，实现更快更好的发展。
