| 摘 要： | 高等学校青年教师是学校未来的顶梁柱，他们是一批学历高、专业性强、思维活跃、敢于尝试、有上进心的有为青年，这支年轻的教师队伍对高校学科的发展、教学科研的不断向前推进具有潜在的、不可代替的作用，是学校的未来和希望。青年教师来校工作基本上都到了婚育年龄，在高房价时代，解决好他们的住房问题非常重要。解决好教师住房问题，是引进人才、留住人才，建设高水平、稳定的师资队伍的关键因素之一。本文浅述了后房改时代（住房货币化时代），高等学校青年教师住房的困境，提出了解决高校青年教师住房的几种途径，希望其能对稳定高校教师队伍，增强学校的凝聚力，促进学校事业的不断发展起到了启示性的作用。
