摘    要:有较为成熟的个案支撑的教师学习团体是教师专业自主发展的一种有效学习模式,它是教师教育系统的子系统,能够为教师自主协作学习提供平台,并凭籍"社会相似性"对教师产生吸引力;具有"群体有效性";能够促成"教学工作学习化和学习工作化";团体组织结构扁平;能够通过学习不断实现团体的自我超越等独特特点。

Abstract:Teacher-learning Group supported by a mature case is an effective model for teachers' professional development. Teacher-learning Group can provide a platform for teachers' corporative learning, and attract teachers by Social-Similarities. It has a flat structure, and interacts teaching with teachers' learning, and it is recognized as an effective group.
