| 摘 要： | 大学时代是人的一生中自我发展意识日益增强的时期。在这一时期大学生的内在自我期待与外在的实际行为、自身的发展水平及社会的要求等都存在着矛盾与不平衡,随之而产生了大学生对自我的否定与内心的自责与痛苦,即自卑心理。自卑是影响大学生走向成功的最大敌人。长期自卑不仅会降低大学生的学习效率,影响其身心健康,还会对他人造成伤害,给社会带来不良影响。自卑心理产生的主要原因在于社会环境、家庭环境及个体自身因素等方面。克服自卑心理要从主观和客观两个方面做出努力。
