| 摘 要： | 政治冷漠已经逐步成为政治学研究中的一个重要范畴,关注政治冷漠现象对于我们建设社会主义民主,促进政治参与具有十分重要的意义。从分析政治冷漠的含义和基本特征入手,阐释了政治冷漠功能,力求对政治冷漠有更全面深刻的理解。将政治冷漠的定义归纳为行为论、心理论以及综合论三种观点,将政治冷漠的特征概括为稳定性、可变性和复杂性三种。认为政治冷漠既存在不利于政治民主发展的消极功能,也存在保持社会稳定的积极功能。

| Abstract: | Political apathy has gradually become an important range of the politics research.Focusing on the phenomena of political apathy is of great importance to develop socialist democracy and promote political participation.The thesis begins with analyzing the meaning and features of political apathy,and then elaborates the functions,which making general and incisive understanding of political apathy.Dividing the meaning of political apathy into three kinds--the viewpoints of behavior,psychology and comprehension,sums up the features of political apathy--stability,variation and complexity.Argues that political apathy posses some negative functions which do harm to the development of political democracy,along with positive functions which do good to keep social stability. |
