浙江省农业科技进步贡献率的区域差异研究

摘    要:以浙江省统计年鉴公布的2001~2010年的农业各指标数据为基础,采用C-D生产函数法和我国农业科技进步贡献率测算方法,对浙江省农业物质费用和劳动量的投入产出弹性系数进行估计,测算出浙江省农业科技进步对农业经济增长的贡献率;然后对"十一五"期间浙江省11个地市的农业科技进步贡献率进行测算,结果是浙东北地区农业科技进步贡献率高于浙西南地区。通过系统的测算浙江省农业科技进步率,有利于各地因地制宜,在制定当地现代农业经济政策时做出科学的决策。

Abstract:Based on the agricultural data from 2001 to 2010 released by the Zhejiang Statistical Bureau,this paper estimated the input-output coefficient of agricultural material input and the input amount of labour force first,then analyzed the Contribution Rate of Agricultural Scientific and Technological Progress in Zhejiang Province. This article we used Cobb-Douglas production function and the standard method which invented by Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. With the same method,we measured the contribution rate of agricuhural scientific and technology progress between every prefecture-level city in Zhejiang province during the l lth Five-Year period. The results showed that:in the northeastern Zhejiang,the contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress is higher than that in southwestern Zhejiang. Through systematic measurement of contribution Rate of Agricultural Scientific and Technological Progress in Zhejiang Province. It conducive to leaders to make scientific decisions in formulating modern agriculture and local economic policy adjusted to local conditions.
