| 摘 要： | 随着我国高校大规模扩招、后勤社会化、学分制改革和网络进公寓的推进，学生公寓的党建工作在高校党建中的地位越来越重要。通过分析大学生公寓党建工作存在的问题，分别从公寓环境建设、党建队伍建设、健全制度机构、发挥党员先锋模范、建好宣传阵地和开发网络资源等六方面提出了加强大学生思想政治工作之公寓党建的对策。

| Abstract: | With the enlargement of university, the socialization of school service, the transformation of school grades and the advancement of apartment website, the role of party construction in apartments become more and more important. This paper analysizes the problem of party construction in apartments of university student, then proposes solutions from six angles： building of environment, construction of team, development of system, display of party member＇s role, building of propaganda field, research of web source. |
