| 摘 要： | 为了更好地为人口和计划生育决策和科研服务,在更广大的空间和时间里,共享人口计生科研成果,作者通过分析创建人口计生数字图书馆开展数字化服务的原因与机遇,提出了加强领导认识、资金投入、人才建设和搞好文献数字化建设的若干建议和对策。
