| 摘 要： | 在传统社会中,高等学校通过先赋角色、次属首属化、伦理本位、同质文化来构建学校秩序.在社会转型期,高等学校管理自主化进程加速,这一态势促使高校与学生之间由单一的行政法律关系发展为行政法律关系与民事法律关系并存.一系列新的秩序要素和秩序机制的契入与创新,使得高校内部秩序出现了新的变化,原有的秩序受到前所未有的挑战.校生冲突是社会转型过程中利益重分和规则重建的产物,是不可避免的一种社会现象.解决校生冲突、重构高校秩序必将成为教育管理研究的重要使命.
