| 摘 要： | 建设中国特色社会主义生态文明，不仅是贯彻落实科学发展观的基本要求，同时也是实现中华民族伟大复兴的迫切需要。在阐述新时期中国生态文明建设内涵的基础上．分析了建设中国特色生态文明的必要性，论述了我国政治、经济、文化和社会四个方面的建设与生态文明建设的相互关系．提出可通过政府引导、企业推动和公众参与三条路径来加快我国的生态文明建设，最后又从思想确立、风气形成及实践推动三个层面来全面推进。

| Abstract: | The construction of socialist ecological civilization （CSEC） with Chinese characteristics is not only the basic requirement of carrying out the scientific development perspective, but also the urgent need to solve the current prominent problems in China＇s economic and social development. The paper analyzes the connotation of ecological civilization, expounds the necessity of CSEC with Chinese characteristics, discusses the relationship between the China＇s political, economic, cultural and social construction and the construction of ecological civilization, puts forward the route selection of strengthening CSEC with Chinese characteristics through the guidance of the government, the promotion of the enterprises and the participation of the public. At last, it shows its future prospects on CSEC from thought establishment, moral formation and practice promotion. |
