| 摘 要： | 中小企业在世界各国的经济发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色，但是近年来，由于金融危机，国际经济形势低迷，中小企业面临发展困境。为了有效解决中小企业融资难、融资成本高的问题，首先对中小企业融资问题进行深刻剖析，并对其他国家实行的比较成熟的融资模式进行借鉴，通过完善融资外部环境和提升内源性融资能力两个维度对我国中小企业融资模式进行创新性的构建，以促进中小企业的良性发展。

| Abstract: | Small and medium enterprises play an increasingly important role in the economic development of countries in the world, but in recent years, as a result of the financial crisis, the international economy situation is in the doldrums, small and medium-sized enterprises are facing the dilemma of development. In order to effectively solve the financing difficulty and high cost of financing the status quo, First we must conduct in-depth analysis on the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises, refer to mature financing patterns of other countries, and improve financing external environment and enhancing the source of financing capacity two dimensional for my small and medium-sized enterprise financing model for innovative building, to promote small and medium-sized enterprises of the healthy development. |
