| 摘 要： | 时下的企业并购中,知识资产占企业总资产比率越来越高,以知识资产为管理对象的知识管理就变得十分必要了.文章着重分析企业并购知识中管理的难点问题,探讨在并购前后以采取的应对措施,最终实现知识融合与创新,实现企业价值的提升和竞争能力的提高.

| Abstract: | In the Enterprise merger and acquisition during the knowledge economy era,the knowledge assets cover a larger per-centage of the total assets,so the knowledge management concerning knowledge asset is becoming more and more necessary.This paper analyzes the difficult issues in the knowledge management regarding the enterprise merger and acquisition,and discusses the counter measures before and after the enterprise merger and acquisition,in an attempt to realize the knowledge integration and innovation,and enhance the value and competiveness of the enterprise. |
