| 摘 要： | 文章以兰州理工大学—金川集团股份有限公司工程技术研究院为例,从区域的视角研究甘肃高校地方研究院的建设特点。通过研究发现,地方研究院在建设与运行方面进行了多方位探索,取得了积极成效,积累了丰富的经验。地方研究院紧密结合区域产业规划,研发和服务定位精准,但研究院的定位和运行机制具有一定的时期性,不能很好适应市场和企业的发展需求。地方研究院为高校科技成果转化提供了较为充分的支撑,为科技成果转化做出了积极贡献,但人才队伍缺乏,难以形成核心技术,成果相对落后。有鉴于此,为有效推进西部高校地方研究院的工作,应进一步创新完善研究院的建设与运行机制、建立适宜的人才引进和稳定机制、在重大项目上寻找新的共同合作点和突破口,更好发挥研究院服务地方经济的能力。

| Abstract: | Taking The Engineering and Technology Research Institute of Lanzhou University of Technology-Jinchuan Group Co.,Ltd as an example,this paper studies the construction characteristics of local research institutes in Gansu universities from a regional perspective.Through the research,it is found that the local research institutes have conducted the multi-faceted exploration in construction and operation,have achieved positive results,and have accumulated rich experience.The local research institutes are closely integrated with the regional industrial planning,and their research,development and service positioning are accurate.However,the research institute's positioning and the operation mechanism are a little out of date,and cannot meet the needs of the market and the enterprise development.Local research institutes have provided adequate support for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities,and have made positive contributions to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.However,the lack of talent makes it difficult to form the core technology,and the results are relatively backward.In view of this,in order to effectively promote the work of the local research institutes of colleges and universities in western China,it is necessary to further innovate and improve the construction and operation mechanism of the institutes,establish an appropriate talent introduction and stabilization mechanism,and find new joint cooperation points and breakthroughs in major projects to better use the ability of research institutes to serve local economy. |
