| 摘 要： | 工匠精神作为一种职业态度和精神理念,是所有从业人员必须具备的职业精神,高职思想政治理论课教师同样需要坚守、践行这种精神。新时代高职思想政治理论课教师的工匠精神意蕴丰富,涵盖了精益、敬业、专注和创新四个方面的内容。高职思想政治理论课教师践行工匠精神,既回应了新时代发展的需求,也是职业教育的特性使然,更是教师教育工作的现实要求,具有十分重要的意义。在新时代背景下,高职思想政治理论课教师工匠精神的培育,既需要国家层面政策的扶持与激励,也需要学校层面为思想政治理论课教师工匠精神的培育搭建平台,更需要思想政治理论课教师自身苦练基本功,坚持不懈地努力。

| Abstract: | As a professional attitude and spiritual concept,craftsman spirit is the professional spirit that all employees must possess.Teachers of ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational schools also need to uphold and practice this spirit.The craftsman spirit of ideological and political theory teachers of higher vocational schools in the new era has rich implications–perfection,professionalism,dedication and innovation.The practice of the craftsman spirit by the ideological and political teachers not only responds to the needs of the development of the new era,but also is the characteristic of the vocational education.It is the practical requirements of teacher education,and has very important significance.In the new era,the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of the ideological and political teachers in higher vocational colleges needs both the support and encouragement of the national policy,as well as the platform built for the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of the ideological and political teachers at the school level.Still,the ideological and political teachers themselves should practice basic skills and make unremitting efforts. |
