农学类“遗传学实验”课程的改革与实践

摘    要:“遗传学实验”是农学类专业一门重要的专业基础实验课程,在我校有着较长的教学历史,取得了良好的教学效果。但在多年的教学实践过程中仍存在不足之处,因此,本教学团队针对问题进行了相关教学改革。笔者首次提出三个制片的基本要求、临时片制作永久片3个或5个的原则、组长制以及排序式评分方法,以期促进农学类学生学习与操作本门实验课程的积极性、提高学习效果,为我校“双一流”建设中的学生培养模式及实践课环节提供有益的参考。

Abstract:Genetics Experiment is an important professional basic experimental course for agronomy majors.It has a long teaching history in Hunan Agricultural University,and has got good teaching achievements.However,there are still inadequacies in the course of teaching practice.Therefore,the teaching team has carried out relevant teaching reforms to solve the problems.The paper proposes three basic requirements for making slides,3 or 5 principles of temporary slides for making permanent slides,the group leader system and the sorting evaluation method,in order to promote the enthusiasm of agronomy students to learn and operate the experiment,and improve the learning efficiency.The study provides a useful reference for the student training mode and practical teaching in the"Double First-rate"university construction.
