| Abstract: | Strengthening the Party organizations at the basic level in the institutions of higher learning is indispensable from the constant enhancement of the political theory study on the part of teachers and students, the construction of ideology, organization and the work style of the Party, as well as the increase in the service consciousness of teachers and students. In addition, it is also essential that the teachers and students be involved in implementing the important thought of 'Three Represents' as an organizer, pusher and practiser. |
