| 摘 要： | 文章通过文献资料法和问卷调查法，从学生的特点、课余生活方式、锻炼的时间、强度、持续时间方面对云南省高职院校学生体育习惯锻炼的状况进行分析，旨在了解学生的体育锻炼习惯状况，提高学生锻炼习惯，使其健康成长为国家有用人才。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review and questionnaires, from the characteristics of students, after-school lifestyle, exercise time, intensity, duration, this paper makes analysis on Yunnan Vocational College students＇physical exercise habits. The main purpose is to understand the student exercise habits conditions, improve student exercise habits, and make them healthy growth and useful talents of country. |
