| 摘 要： | 本文运用问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法对新疆师范大学体育学院学生所在实习支教受援地学校体育现状进行调查，旨在为新疆师范大学体育学院实习支教岗前培训工作提供现实依据。研究结果表明：实习支教受援地学校体育教师师资力量缺乏，师资水平普遍较低，学生汉语言能力较差；学校体育场地条件偏差，拥有的体育器械、器材利用率较低；学校体育教学内容单一。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper makes investigation on practical school physical education condition of students from school of physical education of the Xinjiang Normal University,and aims to provide the realistic basis for the teaching practice of school of physical education of Xinjiang Normal University.The results show that the practice teaching in school physical education teachers lack of qualified teachers,the teachers level is generally low,the students Chinese language ability is poor;school sports condition have deviation,sports equipment,equipment utilization rate is low;the contents of physical education teaching is single. |
