| 摘 要： | 高等职业院校加强职业道德教育对于全面贯彻落实党的教育方针、培养学生社会主义核心价值观、实现人才培养目标和提升学生就业竞争力,改善民生,促进学校全面发展等具有重要意义。目前,在学校层面还存在着重视不够、课程体系不完善、方法模式老旧、专业化的教师缺乏等问题;学生层面还存在着重视专业课学习轻视职业道德培养、缺乏信仰和不讲诚信、缺乏吃苦和敬业精神等问题。加强和改进高职院校职业道德教育必须从课程体系、教学模式、效果评价、教师队伍等方面进行改革创新;必须坚持以学生为本,处理好职业道德教育与实现人才培养目标和提升就业竞争力的关系,加大投入力度,从学校、教师、学生、家庭和社会全方位推进职业道德教育,才能够培养出适应我国经济社会发展需要和国际人才竞争的合格人才。

| Abstract: | Vocational colleges enhancing education of professional ethics has many significance with regard to fully implement of education policy of Communist Party of China,developing students’ socialist core values, achieving education objectives,improving students’ competitiveness in being employed,improving people’s livelihood, encouraging comprehensive development of vocational colleges and so on. However,currently,there are some problems at the college level such as inadequate attention ,imperfect curriculum system ,old teaching method ,lack of professional teachers, etc. On the other hand, at the student level, problems are putting more efforts in studying major courses instead of developing professional ethics,lack of faith,dishonesty,lack of professionalism and determination in enduring hardship. Therefore,to enhance and improve education of professional ethics in vocational colleges,we must reform and innovate in aspects of curriculum system,teaching method,result evaluation and teaching staff. Meanwhile,vocational colleges, on the basis of sticking to student-centered policy,must deal with the relationship between education of professional ethics ,achieving education objectives and improving students ’ competitiveness in being employed,and increase spending to promote education of professional ethics at college, teachers,students,parents,and society levels. Then,vocational colleges can expect to educate qualified students that meet the needs of development of economy and society in our country and international competition. |
