| 摘 要： | 现代高校体育教育确立了以“快乐体育”和“终身体育”的指导思想，并注重对学生综合能力的培养，高校体育作为高校教育的重要组成部分，是提升学生综合素质能力的主要方式之一。高校体育课程的主要目标是增强体质，增进健康，培养运动兴趣，习惯和运动能力，增强学生自我保健意识。“课内外一体化”教育模式将课堂教学延展到课外，将课内与课外有机结合，是实现“终身体育”思想的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The modern colleges and universities sports education have established the ＂happy sports＂and＂lifetime sports＂guiding ideology,and pay attention to the cultivation of student＆#39;s comprehensive ability,college sports as an important part of college education,is one of the main ways to improve students＆#39;comprehensive quality and ability.Colleges and universities sports curriculum＆#39;s main goal is to enhance physical fitness,improve health and foster interest in sport,habits and sports ability,strengthen students＆#39;self-health care consciousness.＂Integration of inside and outside class＂education mode will be extended to extra-curricular,classroom teaching of the organic combination of inside and outside class,is an effective way to realization of ＂lifetime sports＂thought. |
