| 摘 要： | 实行学分制是我国高校教学管理改革所采取的一项重要措施，对提高教育质量及促进高等教育改革具有重要作用。本以学分制理论为基础，分析了学分制管理模式下，选课制的特点和要求，提出出适应学分制管理模式的网络选课系统的基本设计思想，并进一步阐述了选课系统的技术实现问题。

| Abstract: | The actualization of credit system is one of important measures which are adopted in the reform of the teaching governance in the advanced school, it will pick up the quality of education and set forward the reform of advanced education. Based on the theoretics of credit system, the author makes a systematic exposition and analysis in aspects of the speciality and requisition of the elective system under the conditions of the credit system, raises the basic thought of design of the network elective system, and further expounds the technical question of the realization. |
