| 摘 要： | 合作学习教学模式与目前高校体育课程改革的精神相契合,并以游泳选项课为例验证了该教学模式在高校体育课程教学中的实际效果:在理论知识和技术技能方面,合作教学模式比传统教学模式效果更优;在提高学生的身体素质方面,两者并无显著差别。因此,合作教学模式比传统教学模式更能促进体育教学目标的实现,宜在高校体育教学中积极推广。

| Abstract: | Cooperation learning,a new learning method which represents the ideal of modern teaching,is a student-centered mode that can motivate the students’ spirit of mutual aid cooperation and faciliate students’ enthusiasm and intiative cultivation.The author deemed that this mode tallies with the spirit of university’s PE reform.In the light of this assumpation,taking the swimming lesson as an example,this paper has verified the value of cooperation learning in university PE.The results revealed that compared with tratitional teaching methods,the cooperation learning method is more favorable in theoretic and skill learning;however,when it comes to physical quality cultivation,there was no striking difference between traditional method and cooperation one.As a result,cooperation learning method has advantages over the traditional one in goal achievemnt of PE and should be popularized. |
