| 摘 要： | 实践教学是地方新建本科院校教学中一个相对薄弱的教学环节.在当前高等教育发展与改革的大背景下,新建地方本科院校应积极改革人才培养模式,强化实践教学;健全规章制度,加强过程管理,完善实践教学质量监控与评价体系;积极推进实践教学改革,提高实践教学质量;采取激励措施,充实和优化实践教学的教师队伍;认真组织大学生科技文化竞赛活动,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,在高等教育激烈的竞争中,求得自己的生存与发展之路.

| Abstract: | Practical teaching is a comparatively weak part in the teaching of newly founded local universities.Under the background of department and reform of higher education,the newly founded local universities should reform the pattern of talents cultivation,strengthen practical teaching;perfect rules and regulation,improve process management,perfect quality supervision and evaluation system of practical teaching;improve the reform of practical teaching,perfect the quality of teaching,enrich and optimize the teaching group in practical by incentive mechanism;organize science and culture contest of university students to encourage their creative spirit and practical competency so that they can search survival and development way in the hot competition of higher education. |
