| 摘 要： | 不同类型的高等学校的竞争力是不同的。高师院校的竞争力在于培养合格师资，向基础教育输送师资力量，使学生得到较高水平的教师职业技能训练，求职应聘时拥有竞争实力。为此，必须注重对高师教师职业技能现状的研究，建立开放式的教师职业技能训练体系，强化教师职业技能训练，把关注新课程改革的目光从基础教育延伸至高师教育中，使高师教育在教师职业技能训练中更趋主动。

| Abstract: | Different kind of university has different competitive power.The competitive power of normal college lies in training qualified teachers,sending them to the basic education,so as to make students receive the higher-level teaching vocational and technical training and own competitive power when they look for a job.So we must pay attention to the study of college teachers＇ vocational and technical status quo,set up an open training system,strang then this kind of training,extend our view from basic education to college education,in order to make college education more active in teacher＇s vocational and technical training. |
