| 摘 要： | 本文在对我国近六年来获国家三大科技奖励的成果主要完成者进行问卷调查的基础上，对获奖科技成果的转化现状及推广应用不足、转化效益低的原因进行了分析，并提出了建立新的科技水平价值观、重组评委、加强知识产权保护、制定新的奖励政策等对策建议

| Abstract: | The application status of the achievements of the national awarded science and technology for the recent six years is invcetigated widely by questionnaire in this paper.The question of shortage usage of the achievement is also analyzed.The suggestions of establishment of new value standpoint for the level of science and technology,recombination of jury,the protection of the intellective property right,establishment of the new policy of the award to the science and technology are proposed in the paper |
