| 摘 要： | 中职教师心理健康问题产生的原因很多，它是在外界压力和自身心理素质的互动下形成的。解决中职教师心理健康问题应从三个方面着手：首先，中职教师自身应加强心理健康的自我调适，正确认识自己，真诚接纳他人，以积极心态对待自我和周围世界；其次，中职学校及教育行政主管部门要营造一个关心教师心理健康的环境，做好职前筛选、职前培训、职业培训工作，建立教师心理咨询、心理援助的机构；再次，从社会层面讲，要促进中职教师群体的职业化，在政策和学校自主权之间形成一种平衡，并且为中职学校和教师提供充足的、易于获取的资源，达到缓解教师职业压力、促进其心理健康的目的。
