| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是我国经济社会发展的重要指导方针和必须坚持与贯彻的重大战略思想,开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动,是全面贯彻党的十七大精神,推动高等教育科学发展的必然要求。高等院校在深入学习实践科学发展观活动中,应该坚持突出实践特色,把握思想实质、解决实际问题、切实取得实效,着力解决影响和制约科学发展的突出问题以及师生员工反映强烈的突出问题,构建和谐校园,推动各项工作又好又快发展。
