| 摘 要： | 《史记杂志》是《读书杂志》的重要篇目，然而其研究却尚有余地，从双行小注为角度，探讨其注释内容、注释特点和注释意义，可深入把握王念孙的注释观：内容上可分为述来源、标断句、补例证、释字词、考异同和纠谬误六方面；目的上可分为训诂字音、字形和字义，校勘讹文、脱文、衍文、倒文和断句等方面。这对现代注释仍有重大启示作用。
