| 摘 要： | 纪检机关在党的执政能力建设中的作用，是通过党的自身建设这一中介体现和发挥出来的。纪检机关应当从自己本部门的工作实际出发，根据中央提出的总体要求，寻求自身在党的执政能力建设中的着重点和着力点。纪检机关当前应当着重抓好进一步增强监督和执纪的能力，进一步增强适应并服务于市场经济的能力，进一步增强依法办案、依法执纪的能力，进一步增强维护党内民主、保障党员权利的能力等几个方面的问题。

| Abstract: | The role of the Organization For Inspecting Discipline are reflected from the Party's self-construction rather than from its personal leadership for the Party.The Organization For Inspecting Discipline should locate its focus role in the Party's ruling power construction according to its actual conditions and the overall requirement of the Central Government. Presently, the Organization For Inspecting Discipline should emphasize on the following aspacts:To strengthen its ability of supervision and discipling, to strengthen its ability in serving for the market economy, to strengthen its ability of handling cases and disciplining in conformity with legal provisions and to strengthen its ability of safeguarding inner-Party democracy and Party Members' rights. |
