| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步发展和完善,教育质量问题成为高等教育改革的重点,以市场需求为导向的人才培养日益受到重视。为了解体育教育专业足球人才素质的现状以及市场需求的情况,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法对学生适应社会需求的基本条件、制约学生就业的基本原因、适应社会需要强化的因素以及本专业人才培养方面进行调查研究。提出体育院校足球人才培养应适应社会的市场的需求,在此基础上,对体育院校足球人才培养模式和课程体系改革提出设想和建议,以期能为体育院校人才培养改革的深化提供借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | With the development of the socialist market economy, quality of education has become an increasingly important concern in higher education reform, and the cultivation of talents guided by market is becoming more of a concern. In order to understand the pres- ent situation of physical education students＇basic specialty and market demand, this paper adopts the documentation methodology, questionnaire method, expert interview and mathematical statistics method to research the basic qualifications of students＇adjustability to the social requirements, basic reasons restricting students＇employment, the factors needed to be enhanced in adjusting to the society and the cultivation of students in physical education. It proposes that the cultivation of football talents in physical education institutes should adapt to the demand of market and society. On this basis, sueggestions are given to the mode of cultivation and the curriculum svstem reform. |
